Hotel Description
Day 1: Bagdogra (IXB) Airport to Gangtok. (125 Kms / 4 Hrs.)
On arrival at Bagdogra (IXB) Airport start your drive to Gangtok (Alt 5500Ft) (Capital of Sikkim) and the heart of the state. On arrival check-in to your hotel and freshen up yourself. Night halt will be at Gangtok.
Day 2: Day excursion tour to Tsongmo Lake + Baba Mandir (52 Kms – One Way)
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion trip of Tsongmo Lake. It is a glacial lake situated at an elevation of 12,400 ft. and is considered sacred by the local people. Then proceed to Baba Mandir (New Temple) (13200 ft). Return to Gangtok. Night halt will be at Gangtok.
Optional additional sightseeing: Nathula Pass (Closed on Monday)
(On advance request of 48 Hrs prior - Subject to availability of Permits)
Cost: Rs. 5800 per vehicle. (Permit will be merged with other tourist in any other vehicle) – (Merging will be only for 4 Kms going and 4 Kms coming)
Day 3: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, start for a full day city tour covering Tashi viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten & Bakthang Falls. Night halt will be at Gangtok.
Day 4: Departure
Morning breakfast & Check out from the hotel. Drop you to the Airport for your onwards Journey.
